Louis Hallonet

Louis Hallonet has been Director of Cultural Actions at Sacem and the Direcor of the Franco-American Cultural Fund since 2024. The Cultural Actions department’s mission is to develop the careers of songwriters and composers, accompany publishers, promote works and support creative and distribution projects in all aesthetic fields, as well as in the field of music for images, in France and abroad.

Louis Hallonet began his career as an assistant in the artistic department at Epic (Sony France), then as a project manager at MIDEM, before moving into international management, notably for Jean-Michel Jarre (2008 to 2018). He continues to support and develop artists internationally at the Export Office as director of the current music division (2018 to 2020), then at the CNM as deputy director in charge of support for artistic projects and international affairs from 2020 to 2024.

He is also a member of the board of directors of the Victoires de la Musique festival, and a member of the expert committees for the crédit d’impôts spectacle vivant et éditeur.
